Large chunks of steak get threaded onto skewers before being seared until brown and yummy. They get set on a mix of brown rice and quinoa with avocado wedges and an incredibly flavorful ginger-scallion sauce that you’ll whip up in a flash. It’s the perfect dunking sauce for each morsel of steak. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this heavenly dinner for two.

Both the ginger and cilantro had gone bad and not useable.made the dish without them and it was good, probably would have been better with all the ingredients.

Item is really good, but pretty overpriced. Keep the recipe card as you can purchase these items for half the price at your grocery store. You still have to do all the prep work, so basically they just do your grocery shopping and provide the recipe.

It was DELICIOUS, but it did NOT take 15 mins. More like 45. Maybe a master chef who understands how to read their obtuse instructions could do it. And I love to cook and know how to follow a recipe. Just a warning..

We finally rec'd 2 limes as needed. The zesty sauce was amazing! Pleasantly surprised that the ginger was not overbearing. What a tasty dish with great flavors!

There were no instructions about when and where to add the scallion sauce. One assumes that you just pour it over the steak and rice at the very end - which I did. The words "scallion sauce" weren't even mention in the instructions
