The health benefits of a Mediterranean diet are well noted. Add in a piece of heart-healthy steelhead, and you've got a dish that is a win-win. We steam Israeli couscous until tender and fluffy, then toss it with an arugula pesto to brighten up the flavors. The pan-seared piece of fish is garnished with a roasted tomato relish (with red onion and fennel), then topped with a light drizzle of saffron aioli.

For the price I thought the piece of steelhead was incredibly small. Actually, overall this whole meal was very small and not a good value for how much you charged.

The mix of aioli and tomato relish wasn't that great. I think the relish could of used some work.

Too much oil. It puddled on my plate. Missing the fresh basil. Fish cooked perfectly, however, and would have been quite tasty if less oil used.
