The butter lettuce here is weird. I don't think this dish is good cold. Warm, it's awesome, but the lettuce is gag-worthy. If you're eating it cold, it's one lame lonely piece of lettuce anyway. Can you just remove lettuce and put more cucumbers?

Steelhead was horribly over cooked/dry and there were not enough veggies. The large piece of butterleaf was a weird choice as well. My least favorite.

They updated one of the best/healthiest dishes in the menu (salmon brown rice bowl) by adding more salt, and now it's way too salty!! GROSS. Change it back!
