Slightly sweet, dinnertime savory, and entirely gorgeous, this composed salad features seared, warm peaches and tart, cool plums. A peppery arugula bed balances the sweet fruit, along with the salty lick of feta cheese and the crunch of quality toasted almonds. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious dinner salad for two.

Delicious! Keep interesting salad options on the menu.

Cooked peaches with ripe plums? What a wonderful combo plus the other ingredients married very well.

The peach was not super ripe.

The idea was great, but... Fruit was stone hard. Peach softened up when sauted, but was not sweet-ripe. Fortunately I had plums already at home and used though. Really liked the idea, but needed good fruit!
