For this dish we used lamb's distinctive flavor characteristics to our advantage. The t-bones get rubbed in assertive Middle Eastern spices, like sumac, cumin, and Aleppo pepper. We sear the steaks on high-heat to lock in those flavors and tasty juices. They're served alongside fluffy Israeli couscous that's tossed with olive oil, lemon, and a blend of fresh herbs. Honey-coriander roasted rainbow carrots add an array of taste and color to the plate, while a drizzle of pomegranate molasses adds the perfect sweet compliment to the meal.

Delicious! Our very first Munchery item and it was a hit. The lamb was juicy and the herbs flavoring the couscous were bright and fresh tasting. We'll definitely order this one again!
