Grilled meats are central to the cooking of South America. This dish pays homage to some of the those flavors that complement steak so well. The steak is cooked medium-rare and joined by roasted purple potatoes, pea tendrils, and fava beans. Finish with the aji sauce, which is a fresh blend of herbs and a little chili for heat.

My husband didn't like the greens

The picture portion was definitely more than the actual serving (received 4 mini slices). The sauce was the star for this meal.

The ingredients are not that great.

This arrived looking in limp condition and quite unappealing, and with a measly portion. Perhaps a quality control oversight? Munchery issued credit and will discard, though that means having to go look for other food this weekend... Grrrr.

Perfect! After warming, meat was medium rare and potatoes were tasty

At first, the portion looked small but once I transfer all the steak pieces and potatoes, the portion was more than enough. Wish there was just one more thing as a side to this delicious meal.

One of the best! Loved the veggies.

Reheating steak is difficult to do well. I thought it was under-seasoned. The fava side was good.

Very disappointing, the steak was full of fat and unedible, but the rest of the dish was very good!
