A vegetarian version of the popular Thai soup, Tom Kha Gai. Mine is full of sweet corn, zucchini & yellow squash, wild mushrooms, & firm tofu. It's packed with mushroom soy sauce to garnish as well as cilantro, Serrano chiles & green onions.
