A vegetarian version of the popular Thai soup, Tom Kha Gai. Mine is full of sweet corn, zucchini & yellow squash, wild mushrooms, & firm tofu. It's packed with mushroom soy sauce to garnish as well as cilantro, Serrano chiles & green onions.

Having lived in Thailand, I was excited for an Asian style soup. I usually love Meg's dishes but was disappointed with this one. It was also missing tofu and personally, there was not enough flavor or complexity to justify the insane calorie cost.

Creamy and delicious! Every ingredient added another dimension. I didn't even bother adding the soy sauce

Soup really let the chef's personality shine through with all the fresh ingredients in particularly the tofu. The soup itself is not spicy, and you can easily just pick out the peppers if you don't like it hot. It was a very filling soup.

I loved the flavors in this soup, but was caught a little off guard by the spiciness of it. It might help to note it in the title or the description, or perhaps the chills can be a garnish that can be added.
