Sorry munchery, I love your meals but this one didn't cut it. Cheapo udon noodles, medium sized shrimp (vs large) which is obviously cheaper, a shriveled up lime that had no juice.... and 2 packets of soy sauce you get from Chinese takeout. :(

Vegetable broth missing from package

Way too spicy, even though I removed the pepper seeds prior to cooking. Next time only use one pepper. There were 3 included.

Loved this dish! Easy to prepare.

The flavor over all was a bit odd for me. Ginger, tamarind, green onion, soy sauce, chili, and lime weren't harmonious. The udon itself was great, and shriimp was good quality. Simple garlic and soy sauce or curry would work just as fine.

Yummy! Strong heat builds--could use less pepper+ginger. Generous shrimp portion+lime! Add more sauces for flavor. I put on water, pan on med-low, then cut+added as I went--ginger, pepper, onion, shrimp, sauces, stirred+set aside, boiled noodles.

Great flavors, wished for a bit more sauce, then it would be a 5.

Instructions has way too much salt. I would have enjoyed this more if I could have eaten it
