Way too much salt!

Way too much fennel/cardamom etc. The first bite was like dipping naked into a hot tub filled with extra spicy chai with no milk and then biting into a raw ginger coated in fennel powder. Cauliflower, rice, yogurt sauce were good however.

Cauliflower not especially seasoned. Chickpea stuff had lots of garlic and not much else. Disappointing!
