The rice portion was unsatisfactory — and while the curry itself was tasty, its vegetables did not compliment each other very well. I prepped the dish exactly how the Muchery stated to - if anyone is curious.

Epic fail. Squash was raw and there was at least half a cup of chopped cilantro. Cilantro is wonderful as a garnish but not as the main part of the dish. There were no instructions as well. Inedible.

This entree came with half a cup of rice and half a dozen pieces of squash cooked to different consistencies floating is a mass of sauce. Squash isn't expensive. The dish should be more like what is pictured. Instead, it was more like a side dish.

This was surprisingly good as I'm always skeptical of ordering Thai not from a Thai restaurant. Curry sauce was super flavorful. Ingredients sounded weird but worked well and were fresh/healthy. Adequate portion for one person.

Disappointed. The curry sauce smells delicious; however, there is very little of it that I'm not getting much taste. Not enough for the rice. Rice serving surprisingly small and dry, not worth eating. Restaurant would probably be much better.

Three portions and yet the rice was one portion (1/2 C). Main course squash curry had *completely* uncooked potatoes. As a result dinner which was meant to be a breeze for hubby since I'm working late instead equals extra 40 minutes to cook food

The 1st time I got the curry, it was fantastic. It was definitely kabocha squash, and there was a lot of it. The second time, it was a mix of different squashes, it seemed, and one container was only 2/3 full. So hit or miss, but flavor was great.
