Plump shrimp get cooked in delicious garlic butter, then seasoned with tart lemon juice and fresh parsley before getting tossed together and served over al dente garlic pasta for a simple meal loaded with flavor. Toasted garlic oil (that makes 3 times we use garlic in this dish!) gets brushed on split rolls for you to crunch on while you twirl the noodles onto your fork. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this classic dinner for two.

Delicious and worth the effort. I do agree that a veggie (I added green beans on the side) would be a nice substitute for the lackluster roll. Rich and yummy!

Very delicious, light flavor. Nice appearance, easy prep. Skip the toast. Add something less starchy--a colorful veggie or fruit--maybe sweet red pepper or avocado or mango.

Great portion, ingredients were in excellent condition. Probably my favorite dish so far. I did substitue 1/4 c white wine for the water and added some fresh parmesean.
