Large, tender pieces of tofu are browned so just the edges are crisped and then they’re dropped into a creamy coconut curry. Peas, scallions, and sliced red peppers also swim in the sauce. It’s all spooned over steamed brown rice and topped with a sprinkling of cilantro. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this amazing dinner for two.

The flavor was a surprise, very good.

For the cost of the same two ore made dinners, the hassle of cutting, cooking cleaning is not worth the price. Plus, it did not turn out nearly as good as when you guys cook it. I see no value in ordering a cooking kit. Guess I suck at cooking.

So so flavorful, healthy and hearty. My 4 year old it's it up and it makes me happy to know she's developing a pretty sophisticated palate with the ethnic flavors in this dish while also eating a healthy, home-cooked meal.

Maybe use just regular tofu. The brown tofu was pretty rubbery

Was not delivered and no way to communicate with Munchery to let them know.

Easy and quick. I did add some more veggies to it, and a little water to the sauce.
