This is a traditional Malaysian soup usually made with chicken. Here, I am using tofu for the protein. This soup is made with a blend of spices, chilies, lemongrass and coconut milk. It is served with rice noodles, steamed bok choy, baby carrots, snow peas, bean sprouts, cilantro, mint, lime and more chili paste in case it's not spicy enough for you!
