We begin with local artisan-made Hodo tofu prepared with a touch of yellow curry, ginger-marinated carrots, and crunchy romaine lettuce all resting on a bed of perfectly slurpable rice noodles. Pickled cucumbers provide a touch of acidity, while farm-fresh herbs like basil, mint, and cilantro finish the dish with verdant brightness. Portion seemed tiny, with only a few thin slices of cucumber and minimal tofu. Also the sauce was very spicy, and I made the mistake of pouring it all on.

The pickled vegetables were too vinegary and there were only 6 small pieces of tofu (the largest being 1 cm x 1.5 cm x 1 cm...there was only one piece that size)

I liked this dish overall. Lots of fresh veggies, incl. mint and a large wedge of tofu (not just a few sm cubes). Dressing was delish, but there wasn't enough of it. It was bland after the dressing ran out. More dressing please!

Lettuce was so limp and week, tofu needed to be glazed and the noodles were tasteless. Relied way too much on the dressing, which wasn't very good unless you like hidden valley French dressing

Surprisingly enough, I LOVED this. I had to toss the dressing (peanuts) but even without, the dish was delightful. The tofu was perfect -- and you never know -- and those wonderful wontons gave it some interesting crunch.
