Usually I love Bridget Batson's dishes, but this one was just ok. Not good, not bad, but not sure if I'd order it again. It was a bit too plain, as 80% of the dish is either mild tofu or mild cheese.

I loved this! The tofu itself did not have much flavor, but the breading and seasoned cheese with it were both delicious, as was the tomato sauce. I enjoyed some bites with sauce and some without, and it was all good. I'd definitely order this again.

Maybe this would've fared better in the oven, but the different flavors of the sauce and cheese didn't really come together with heating up. The tofu, unsurprisingly not very flavorful, wasn't quite masked by the cheesy topping or tasty tomato sauce.

This was an unusual dish for sure. Liked all of it except for the tofu, which was bland and flavorless. However, the breading, cheese, sauce, and broccoli were all amazing so as long as there wasn't too much tofu in any given bite it was okay.
