I was really, really, really excited about this one because it looks and sounds so delicious, but unfortunately, I thought the flavor left something to be desired. The plus side was that the tofu was great and it made waaaay more than we could eat!

Six cups of water was way too much, had to add extra ingredients for flavor. My box was missing scallions. Ramen noodles were tender and fresh, tofu was good.

Seriously lacking in flavor.

This was not good. I tried to save it with some chili garlic paste and soy sauce, and now I've just consumed 100% of my daily sodium value. Also this did NOT take around 15 minutes! It took way longer and 3 pans.
