Tofu is marinated in ginger, soy, and dry sake, then skewered and grilled "yakitori" style. It is carefully plated with roasted broccoli, pickled daikon radish, pickled ginger, and red chilis. Wasabi aioli and housemade teriyaki sauce are delivered along side to bump up the sweet and spicy flavors.
