This is the perfect plate to stay warm on a chilly evening. We've partnered with Uli's Famous Sausage to utilize their rosemary chicken sausage for this dish. It gets roasted, sliced, and placed atop bleu cheese and black pepper-infused polenta with garlicky braised chard. A classic tomato sugo goes on top along with a sprinkle of Parmigiano-Reggiano.
