Three colors, one deliciously healthy salad. Peppery green arugula, red radicchio, and crunchy white endive are tossed together in this classic Italian salad meant to invoke the tri-colored flag of its homeland. A traditional creamy lemon dressing brightens each component, bringing zest to this colorful dish. A sprinkling of ricotta salata cheese and toasted pumpkin seeds come on the side for your garnishing pleasure.

This was great, but really only unicolore - barely a piece of radicchio and literally NO endive. Please make it three colors next time, as advertised!

way too much salt! practically inedible

This would be good if regular mayonnaise were used instead of vegan mayonnaise in the dressing. The salad isn't even vegan and vegan mayonnaise should not be the default in salad dressing.
