This dish has 90 percent of daily recommended fat! Yikes! And the portion wasn’t that big (there were three small pieces of cauliflower and almost no greens to speak of). Major bummer and expensive, too with average flavors.

Oily and weird to remove the greens from underneath to heat and then put them back
