The luxurious aroma of truffles makes this meatless dish irresistible. Crisp potatoes, earthen mushrooms, and bright asparagus get a boost from rich butter and a fresh farm egg. Savory Parmesan finishes this dish, making it perfect for supper, brunch, or any hearty meal. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious dinner for two.

Really don't like. Too much. Didn't have a big enough pan to roast.

This dish was perfect! My husband the meat eater said he would order this dish again. It was quite yummy!

The flavor was very bland. I was still hungry after finishing my meal.

Makes better sense to chop and add to a fry pan, starting with potatoes, then asparagus, then mushrooms. Slice and plate some fruit, then fry eggs in another pan to finish the meal. The meals is tasty when done.
5 Stars
Love the flavor, the potatoes needed to be cooked about 20 min more to be softer. Still really good.

Even my kids love it!

I am begging begging begging for Munchery to bring this back. It was awesome.

This was a really flavorful meatless dish. I would recommend adding the butter at the very end of the cooking process in order to retain as much of the truffle flavor as possible.

Tasty but not very filling, especially for my husband, who doesn't like fried eggs. The serving of asparagus and potatoes was not large.
