The flavor was very bland. I was still hungry after finishing my meal.

Makes better sense to chop and add to a fry pan, starting with potatoes, then asparagus, then mushrooms. Slice and plate some fruit, then fry eggs in another pan to finish the meal. The meals is tasty when done.

This was a really flavorful meatless dish. I would recommend adding the butter at the very end of the cooking process in order to retain as much of the truffle flavor as possible.

Tasty but not very filling, especially for my husband, who doesn't like fried eggs. The serving of asparagus and potatoes was not large.
