There's just something about a warm bowl of chili that always hits the spot. Black beans and kidney beans are combined with diced zucchini, peppers, carrots, and scallions in a tomato base with just enough heat to notice. In addition to cheddar cheese and sour cream to add to the top as you like, we've also included a chile and cheddar cornbread on the side. All that's missing is a spoon— a really big spoon!
