The savory Asian flavors of soy sauce, ginger, lime juice, Thai basil, and crunchy toasted sesame permeate a tangle of fresh, chewy udon noodles. Shiitake mushrooms, carrots, scallions, and snow peas add color, flavor, and depth. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious vegan noodle bowl for two.

What People Are Saying

Waaaaaaay too much oil

Not enough carrots. Too noodle heavy. Way overpriced for what it was.

This was inedible. Amount of ginger that came with recipe and instructions for cooking said ginger created a tangy, spicy, crunchy dish so potent even my ginger obsessed husband could not eat it. We are now all eating cereal.

We did not love the flavor. We did leave out the mushrooms but it was strong on lime and not a lot of other flavors. It's tricky when cooked st home but I followed the instructions completely excepting the mushrooms. We did not like this.
