The name says it all. Bold southwestern flavors in a tasty, healthy format. Romaine and lime-scented white quinoa form the base, which gets piled with diced roma tomatoes, cumin-black beans, pickled red onion, thinly-sliced radishes, and avocado. The salad is garnished with cilantro and toasted pumpkin seeds and dressed with an ancho chili-tomato vinaigrette.
