This fun take on meatloaf is packed full of protein and fiber. Cremini mushrooms are the base of this meatless meal. They are ground and mixed with nutritional yeast (my favorite cheese substitute!), tofu, bulgar, garlic and basil. The "meatloaf" is served with a wild mushroom jus and braised broccoli rabe.

Very dense veggie loaf with good flavor. The mushroom jus definitely made the dish and the broccoli rabe was just the right amount of bitter to offset the grains. I'm not certain I'd order it again *every* time I saw it, but in general it was good.

Delicious! I'm a meat eater and I definitely didn't miss it when eating this veggie loaf. Very light, yet dense at the same time and full of flavor.

Loaf itself tasted good, but didn't care for the whole mushrooms in the jus, but I'm not a mushroom person. The size of my loaf was like half of the amount you see in the picture, probably like 1.5" x 5". The broccoli rabe was just eh.

This is one of my favorites so far!! Soo good. I almost don't want to brag about it lest it be SOLD OUT when I go back! Meaty, moist... the topping was fab! My broccoli was bitter though :(

Not enough sauce for the meatloaf, leaving the entree rather dense without much flavor. The greens were also very bitter.

My apologies to the chef, but this one did not hit the mark for me. Wasn't a fan of the texture or the taste. The broccoli rabe was also extremely bitter and off tasting. I'd pass if able[usually they only have on veggie option a day :(]

The mushroom jus was tasty but the meatloaf was only soso and the veggies were supper bitter. I wouldn't order this again.

Very good. Awesome healthy vegetarian meal option.

Wow, this was GREAT vegan meatloaf! The texture was delightful--dense and yet somehow light. It wasn't oily at all, but the density made it very substantial; it was filling in just the right way. The flavor was pleasant, very nice w/the mushroom jus.

This reminds me why I'm not vegan.

Super happy with thie Vegan dish. Great texture, awesome taste and decent portion. I am a vegan runner. I ate this after a 5 mile run. Felt great. Cannot wait for next order!.

This is really a great Dish. From the grained meatloaf, mushrooms sauce and the greens as well, all so scrumptious. I'll be looking for this one again. Loved it.

I liked everything about the dish. The broccoli Rabe is bitter, but that is its nature.

Meatloaf could be a bit more flavorful, but overall delish

Delicious! Especially liked the meatloaf and the yummy mushroom jus. Not that impressed with broccoli though (was hard to chew and a bit bitter).

This "meatloaf" was quite delicious, loved the various flavors and textures. The one fail was the broccoli, some of it was so tough, it was unchewable, and was forced to spit it out.
5 Stars
The consistency of the vegan meatloaf was perfect, it was not too dry or overtly moist and the mushroom jus was a great addition to the loaf. Perhaps the broccoli rabe was not the best choice for the side dish but overall the meal was excellent.

Loved the "meat"loaf - holy mole I never had such a tasty, moist and delist combination of grains. It was so good I could almost have eaten it w/o the gravy-and I love gravy. The greens were on the bitter-side. We ate them but just about.
5 Stars
This is outstanding but deserves a better name than "vegan meatloaf," and the broccoli rabe should be cooked less than instructed and the remainder more to bring out the flavors.
