This restaurant-worthy salad is super elegant and easy to toss together in your own kitchen. After you thinly shave fresh fennel, you can dress it with our mustard vinaigrette, chickpeas, and arugula. It gets finished with a few blood orange slices, wedges of avocado, and a piece of crispy browned and molten goat cheese. Oh yeah! All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this fabulous dinner for two.

What People Are Saying

3 Stars
This was delicious but did not have enough food for a meal - more like a heavy appetizer or light lunch paired with soup
5 Stars
This was a great salad, though I expect more prep work to have been done already for the price.

Too much fennel.
4 Stars
For the amount of fennel and beans, it needed more dressing. Great otherwise.

Good avo, orange, goat cheese, dressing, but too much fennel & WAY too many chickpeas; didn't "come together."
5 Stars
One of the tastiest items we've ordered from Munchery. Definitely not a meal, but an excellent side for 2-3. Relatively easy prep. Frying the panko-coated goat cheese will take some practice though...
