Perfectly smoked salmon, delicious--tender and juicy.

Ingredients didn't seem very fresh and the portion was very small (only just a small handful of greens that was suppose to serve two people and a small 5oz piece of salmon to split into two). Luckily, I had enough in my fridge to add to the salad.
