This quick, nourishing salad is a colossal collaboration of textures and tastes, including toothsome wheat berries and barley, seared tuna, tender yams, creamy avocado, and pungent Japanese pickled radish. All dressed in a bright ginger vinaigrette you add to taste, of course. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious dinner for two.

Healthy, fast, flavorful, and filling. The ahi tuna, wheat berries, and avocado also make it feel like premium meal. Definitely would reorder next time it's in the menu.

Colossal screw-up by munchery. I had to go out so I emailed a change in my delivery time, okaying leaving it at the door if I wasn't home. The order never came.I emailed, called your non-existent customer service no., left a message, nothing,Disgusted

Love the use of all the fresh ingredients. Very easy to put together. Wheat berries aren't something we commonly use, but they add great texture to the dish.

This dish was absolutely amazing. Loved the crunchy texture of the wheat berries, and the dressing was delicious! My husband loves fresh seared tuna and this dish didn't disappoint. Perfect amount of food for two!

Recipe said "yams" - only one (rather small) yam in box. And small enough that it was way overcooked in microwave after 8 mins (directions said 8-10 mins).

One piece of tuna was delicious, but the other piece was very ruff. There were so many pieces I could even chew (about half the meat)

Too much time to thaw the frozen fish--pushes it waaaaay over 15 min.

Fast, fresh, healthy and irresistibly delicious!

Wheat berries are a bit tough to chew. An option to pair with rice or another softer gain would be nice. Sauce taste was good, and daikon was good.

This was really. I was skeptical as I didn't recognize some of the stuff in it. It was fresh, good, and easy to make.
