A lovely rich ragu, creamy ricotta cheese over tender orecchiette. Perfect comfort food. But I wonder where the chefs found wild boar (cinghiale) outside of Italy?

Pasta and sauce were very good. I liked that the boar meat was lean and cooked perfectly. However ricotta was way too salty and I didn't realize until after I'd topped the noodles. Perhaps a mishap with the ricotta this time, otherwise good dish.

I'll be completely honest here, I've never tried wild boar until I had this dish. Upon first taste I was instantly kicked in the mouth with the realization that this wasn't a domesticated animal. WOW. Gamey is an understatement. Overall: not bad.

Please put it back on the menu!! This is one dish that I would order over and over again.
