Root vegetables, those dense, earthy, and satisfying tubers that grow underground, play the starring role in this vegetarian dish. A blend of carrots, turnips, and sunchokes (a.k.a. Jerusalem artichokes) are cooked together and served over a wild rice blend, all drizzled with a dose of green tahini dressing before getting topped with crisp apples slices, creamy avocado pieces, bits of peppery arugula, and crunchy pumpkin seeds to make one hearty supper. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delectable dinner for two.

The 3 (!!!) bunches of carrots you sent were all minis ,please tell me where to send you the photo of that idiotic ingredient. And the "radish " the size of a turnip way too big. You got to start getting these ingredients right "

This is a pretty bland mix. The ingredients were all fresh, but it was disappointing to pay the price to toss together a carrot, a lemon, an apple, etc. The dressing might have saved it, but it added only sweetness, not flavor.
